Our experience stands for a proven setting. What you personally experience remains individual.

Perhaps you know this point

You know what would need to change. And yet everything stays remarkably the same.

You have thought, talked, read and understood. You know your patterns and can explain what should really be different.

But the decision stays on the table. The boundary goes unset again. Not because you know too little – but because some issues do not begin where thinking can solve them.

This is exactly where the MODERNmind Ibiza Retreat begins.

What it is really about

Not knowing more about yourself. Meeting yourself differently.

A psychedelic experience can loosen familiar perspectives. It does not hand you a ready-made answer, but it can make visible what gets no room in habitual thinking.

You will not leave Ibiza with the promise of a new self, but with more clarity about:

  • 01which issue you no longer want to avoid
  • 02what you want to let go of, decide or change
  • 03which next step is honest and realistic
  • 04how you carry the experience into everyday life

The experience can open a door. Change comes from how you walk through it.

Who it’s for

For people who carry a lot – and no longer want to overlook themselves.

You do not need a particular title. What matters is that you are used to responsibility – and ready to take it for your own inner process too. You may be in the right place if …

  • 01you have long understood a personal issue but feel stuck inside.
  • 02you are often clear for others while an important decision of your own stays open.
  • 03you can control a lot, but no longer want to control everything.
  • 04you sense that insight alone is no longer enough.
  • 05you are not looking for a quick fix, but are ready to meet yourself honestly.
  • 06you want to anchor new perspectives in everyday life, not just experience them.

The MODERNmind process

The experience is the turning point. The process begins before and continues after.

Five phases, one connected path: from your personal question to what you want to change in your life afterwards.

  1. 01
    Clarify

Questionnaire, personal conversation, structured screening and a one-to-one with a psychologist.

You take away: A clear intention and an honest assessment of whether the setting fits.

  2. 02
    Prepare

Arriving in the place, the group and your body – with breathwork, movement and clear agreements.

You take away: Orientation, including for challenging moments.

  3. 03
    Experience

A closely accompanied psychedelic experience. You do not need to achieve anything or produce an insight.

You take away: The chance to meet your issue beyond your habitual perspective.

  4. 04
    Integrate

Rest, sharing and bodywork give words to what you experienced. You separate intensity from meaning.

You take away: Your central insight and what should follow from it.

  5. 05
    Anchor

Before you leave, you translate what matters into a few realistic steps. Follow-up support helps you test them in everyday life.

You take away: Your personal integration compass.

An experience with direction

No wellness holiday. No guru promise. No experience you are left alone with afterwards.

One issue instead of self-optimisation.

You come with an honest question that matters to you now – not to solve every area of life in five days.

Depth without a prescribed truth.

Psychology, bodywork and ritual elements sit side by side. No one tells you what to see, believe or become.

Responsibility instead of control promises.

No serious provider promises absolute safety. We check suitability, prepare transparently and stay present.

Integration instead of selling an experience.

What matters is not the intensity of a moment, but what becomes visible afterwards in your decisions and boundaries.

Ibiza as distance, not backdrop.

Distance from everyday life, calm and five uninterrupted days let your habitual functioning step into the background.

Who supports you

An interdisciplinary team. A shared responsibility for the process.

Good support does not steer your experience. It offers orientation, stays attentive, can act in challenging moments – and leaves you room for your own process.

MODERNmind experience

Depth needs no myth. It needs a good setting.

For more than four years, MODERNmind has accompanied people in psychedelic experience spaces.

The aim is not to produce a particular experience. We create clear processes, prepare carefully, accompany challenging moments too and help bring what was experienced into a personal context.

Personal experiences

What earlier MODERNmind participants took away.

These voices come from earlier MODERNmind group retreats. They do not refer to the November Ibiza Retreat and are no promise that you will experience the same.

This retreat revealed something that had not come to light after years of personal development. It was not (only) pleasant. But it was incredibly important and certainly changed my life for the better. I am very glad I took part in the retreat.

S’Ermita · North of Ibiza

A place where everyday life does not keep talking.

Sunlit terrace with a round table, wooden chairs and daybed among trees

S’Ermita is a restored estate, around 400 years old, near San Miguel, surrounded by 42,000 m² of nature, old olive trees and expansive gardens. During the retreat, the grounds are reserved exclusively for our group.

This is not about luxury as status, but about conditions that allow depth: privacy, calm, good food and enough space not to have to function again straight after intense moments.

Yoga shala.
Panoramic windows overlooking the valley – home to sessions and breathwork.
Gardens & quiet places.
Expansive gardens and calm spots to breathe or simply be.
Spa.
Sauna, Jacuzzi and a small gym area, available at any time.
Kitchen & rooms.
Vegetarian food from the in-house kitchen. Private or shared rooms, each with a private bathroom.

Questions

Before you decide

Check your fit and availability
01What makes this retreat different from other psychedelic retreats?

The focus is not the substance or an extraordinary experience, but an important personal issue where you feel stuck despite insight. Preparation, experience and integration are designed to turn that into a clear consequence for your everyday life.

02I am afraid of losing control.

This concern is understandable. Psychedelic experiences can be intense and at times unfamiliar. That is why we do not promise complete control. We check your suitability, prepare you thoroughly, explain the setting and support you throughout the experience.

03Is the retreat therapy?

No. The retreat is not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not replace it. If you are in an acute crisis or seeking treatment, this is not the right setting.

04Is the retreat right for me?

That cannot be decided from a website. What matters is your physical and psychological situation, your motivation and possible contraindications. That is why every participation is preceded by a questionnaire, a personal conversation and structured screening.

05I have never taken psychedelics. Is that a problem?

No, previous experience is not required. Especially the first time, transparent preparation and realistic expectations matter. We clarify personally whether participation suits you.

06How large is the group?

The retreat is limited to a maximum of twelve participants. If fewer suitable people take part, the group stays correspondingly smaller.

07How much time will I have for myself?

The process has structure, but you will not be busy every minute. Between shared elements there is time for rest, retreat, sauna, massage or simply letting things settle.

08What happens after the retreat?

At the end, you condense what matters into your personal integration compass. Follow-up support helps you keep placing your insights in everyday life.

09Can I expect a particular result?

No. Psychedelic experiences are individual and not fully predictable. We promise no healing and no breakthrough – but a careful process: honest suitability checks, transparent preparation, professional support and concrete integration work.

The first step

Find out whether this retreat is the right setting for you right now.

24–28 November 2026 · 5 days · 4 nights

The decision for a psychedelic experience should be neither spontaneous nor made under pressure. That is why your enquiry does not start with a booking, but with a few questions about you and the issue on your mind.

  1. Questionnaire

Tell us briefly who you are, what is on your mind and what you hope for from the retreat.

  2. Personal conversation

We answer your questions and check together whether the offer, timing and setting fit.

  3. Screening and written offer

If both sides want to continue, the structured suitability process follows, along with a written offer covering services, price, and payment, cancellation and refund terms.
