MODERNmind · Psychedelic Retreat

Ibiza Leadership Retreat

Responsibility, turned inward.

5 days · 4 nights · maximum 12 participants

Who it’s for

Responsibility begins with you. And leads inward.

This retreat is for people who are used to taking responsibility, making decisions and finding solutions. People whom others rely on, who carry a lot and make sure things work. But what happens when you turn your focus inward rather than outward? Perhaps you will recognise yourself here:

  • 01You want to find out who you are when you do not have to function or meet anyone’s expectations.
  • 02You make decisions for others every day. You keep putting off an important decision for yourself.
  • 03You have thought the issue through, read a lot about it and talked with others. Yet at its core, nothing has changed.
  • 04You are used to staying in control. But you feel that you cannot control everything, and no longer want to control everything either.
  • 05You have already engaged deeply with yourself. But you feel that there may be more possible.
  • 06You are ready to meet yourself honestly—beyond your roles and the expectations you fulfil in everyday life.

Retreat

You have thought everything through. But thinking is not getting you any further.

You know your patterns. You understand where they come from. You may even have known for a long time what would need to change. And yet you are unable to truly change anything.

This is precisely where the retreat begins. For a few hours, the psychedelic experience opens a different way of accessing yourself. Not to learn even more about yourself, but to perceive things differently. To gain distance. To leave familiar perspectives. And perhaps to see something you could not reach through your previous way of thinking.

That takes more than the right substance. It takes a safe setting, experience, and people who know what they are doing. MODERNmind combines psychological preparation, experienced support and careful integration into a considered overall concept.

In Ibiza, this work is given the space it needs. You spend five days in an exclusive villa in the island’s hills, surrounded by nature, privacy and plenty of distance from everyday life. A small group, a carefully chosen setting, freshly prepared vegetarian food from the in-house kitchen, and time to regenerate with an exclusive massage. Our experienced team is by your side throughout the retreat.

Programme

Five days that build on one another.

Optional arrival on Monday, 23 November 2026 costs an additional €200 per person. The daily rhythm remains flexible, leaving room for what the group and the moment need.

  1. Day 1

    Arriving & Moving

    Breathwork & Movement

The first day is for settling in. Gentle movement and breathwork shift your attention from your thoughts to your body. A welcome circle and an opening set the intention for the days ahead. In the evening, there is time to arrive: food, conversation and space to unwind.

    • Opening Circle
    • Movement with Niko
    • Breathwork
    • Dinner
  2. Day 2

    Clarity & Self-Leadership

    Microdosing & Breathwork

Yoga and an introduction to breathing open the morning. A professionally guided microdosing experience (PsiloMicro) invites a shift in familiar patterns of thought. Movement, breathwork and free flow follow. In the evening, there is room for massage and sauna, and time to process the day.

    • Workshop / Free Flow
    • Massage & Sauna
  3. Day 3

    Changing Perspective

    Psychedelic Journey

The day begins quietly: yoga, breakfast, intention and a clear framework. At its centre is a high-dose, professionally accompanied psychedelic experience. There is no goal you need to reach. The point is a prepared setting for an honest encounter, with the team present throughout the experience.

    • Intention & Agreements

    • Sauna
  4. Day 4

    Transformational Growth

    Transformational Growth

Insights matter when they stand up to real life. A cacao ceremony and sharing put the experience into words. Integration input and a workshop bring it down to a few realistic commitments: how you lead, where your boundaries lie and what you give your attention to.

  5. Day 5

A gentle close. Breakfast, farewells and departure. You leave with more than a good memory: with what you actually want to change.

About

About MODERNmind

For at least four years, we at MODERNmind have supported people on their journeys with psychedelic experiences. More than 600 people have already taken part in our retreats.

We work in a professional, carefully designed setting and offer our retreats legally in Germany. Our approach combines psychological preparation, experienced support and focused integration.

Our aim is not to prescribe a particular experience or change for you. We create a setting in which you can safely engage with the process, gain new perspectives and find your own answers.

This takes experience, clear processes and a team that can also handle challenging situations. That is the foundation of our work at MODERNmind.

Voices

From earlier MODERNmind group retreats.

These are individual experiences from earlier MODERNmind group retreats, not reports about the November Ibiza retreat or a promise of similar results. References to ‘this retreat’ describe those earlier experiences.

“I did not turn myself into a new person; instead, I reconnected with a lost part of myself. The experience was both expansive and deep – a profound inner vision that did not lead me away from myself, but brought me back to myself. Since then, my everyday life has felt more complete.”

Place

S’Ermita. A special place for our retreat.

Sunlit terrace with a round table, wooden chairs and daybed among trees

In the north of Ibiza, near San Miguel, lies S’Ermita: a restored 400-year-old monastery set within 42,000 m² of nature, old olive trees and expansive grounds.

The entire property is reserved exclusively for our group during the retreat. You have plenty of privacy, calm and space for yourself and the group.

S’Ermita creates the space these five days need: calm, privacy and distance from everyday life.

Spa.
A sauna, Jacuzzi and small gym area are available to you at any time throughout the retreat.
Yoga shala.
Panoramic windows overlooking the valley. This is where our sessions, breathwork and other programme elements take place.

Questions

Before you decide

Request an initial call
01I am afraid of losing control.

This concern is understandable and comes up often, especially if you have no experience with psychedelic substances. The experience can be intense and may feel unfamiliar at times. Thoughts, feelings and perception can change.

You are not left to handle this alone. Our experienced team is with you throughout the experience and knows how to handle uncertainty, fear or difficult moments.

We discuss in detail during preparation what to expect and how we deal with such situations.

02Is this retreat right for me?

The retreat is for people who carry a great deal of responsibility, make decisions, and are used to others relying on them in everyday life. People who make a lot happen outwardly and would like to consciously take time to turn their focus inward.

You do not need a particular position or professional role. What matters is that you are ready to engage honestly with yourself and open yourself to an intensive experience.

We clarify personally in advance whether the retreat is a fit for you. In doing so, we look at your current life situation and your physical and psychological condition.

03I have never had a psychedelic experience before.

Many people come to us without previous psychedelic experience. Good preparation is particularly important then.

You will be prepared for the experience step by step and supported throughout by our experienced team. We take time for your questions and uncertainties and discuss in advance what you can expect.

What matters is not how much experience you already have, but whether you want to engage with this process consciously.

04How large is the group?

We work with a maximum of twelve participants and a dedicated team of four experienced facilitators. The group size is not based on a minimum number of participants. If we find fewer suitable people, the group remains correspondingly smaller.

05What methods and experiences are part of the programme?

The retreat combines different approaches that support you before, during and after the psychedelic experience. These include breathwork, bodywork, yoga, meditation and focused exercises for self-reflection and integration.

The programme is complemented by workshops on resilience, personal growth and sustainable performance, a massage, and a tea and cacao ceremony. The individual elements are aligned with one another and used where they make sense for the respective process.

06How much time will I have for myself?

The retreat has a clear schedule, but also leaves space for you. Between shared programme elements, there is sufficient time for retreat, rest and regeneration.

You can move around the expansive grounds, use the sauna, have a massage or simply be by yourself. These free periods are an important part of the retreat.

07What preparation and follow-up support are provided?

Before you take part, there is a structured screening. Once this has been completed, there is a personal one-to-one conversation with a psychologist. It covers your current situation, your expectations and your personal intention for the retreat.

On site, we prepare you step by step for the psychedelic experience. After the experience, we take time for integration and look together at what you experienced and what is relevant to your everyday life.

There is further follow-up support after the retreat, so that you can reflect on what you experienced at your own pace and carry the impulses that matter to you into everyday life.

08What will I take from the retreat into my everyday life?

What you take away from the retreat is individual. Integration is therefore about understanding your experiences and working out what is relevant to your life.

At the end of the retreat, you develop a concrete, personal plan for the next steps. You go home not only with new perspectives, but with a clear idea of what you want to change, try out or pursue further.

Initial call

How registration works.

24–28 November 2026 · 5 days · 4 nights

We would first like to get a sense of who you are, what is currently on your mind and what you expect from the five days. Your answers help us have a personal conversation with you in the next step and find out together whether the retreat is a fit for you.

The questionnaire is non-binding, does not reserve a place and takes only a few minutes.

  1. You apply.

Fill in and submit the short form.

  2. We speak with each other.

If there appears to be a fit in principle, we arrange a personal conversation.

  3. We decide together.

If both sides wish to proceed after the conversation, you will receive an individual written offer naming the contracting party, total price, services, extra costs, and payment, cancellation and refund terms before making a binding decision. A deposit or instalments may be arranged on request; the offer sets out any amount and due date.
